There is more to becoming part of the GRG family or a franchisee than being able to meet certain financial requirements. In our phone interview, we will review your inquiry, discuss your goals and share a little of our vision. We also discuss our process in depth including the required financial documents and the sharing of our Franchise Disclosure Document. This FDD will help you to understand our organization and the opportunities we offer.
This is your opportunity to understand and find out what it is like to be a MacKenzie River Pizza franchisee and decide if Glacier Restaurant Group is the right franchisor for you. You will have the opportunity to work in our restaurants and get a feel for our unique culture and offerings. This will also allow you the opportunity to meet members of our executive team and various support staff. Furthermore, this will allow us to evaluate your vigor for becoming a MacKenzie River Franchisee. We are looking for candidates that share our values and are committed to our standards.
If you have been approved to continue the process, you enter into a franchise agreement and officially become a MacKenzie River Franchisee. Your initial franchisee fee puts you in possession of very valuable assets and then it’s time to roll up our sleeves and help you get your restaurant up and running
Every situation is unique and we will work with you in reviewing your proposed site, demographics, placement and specific characteristics of the trade area.
Glacier Restaurant Group offers an extensive hands-on training program that includes both classroom and in-restaurant learning. By the end of training, you and your management team will be fully immersed in the MacKenzie River Pizza brand culture, standards and operational procedures.
Our project management team will be able assist as you work with your architect on site plans. In addition, the team is available to offer advice in the bidding process and provide products and services from designated and approved suppliers whose items meet our standard and specifications.
Our support team will assist with your restaurant’s opening. This cross functional support will include (but is not limited to) marketing, operations, training, IT and purchasing to ensure your opening is a success.
